A key feature which distinguishes the Surge of Chi from other chi exercise machines is its fully programmed variable speed control: the speed can be dialled very precisely, in increments of 1 RPM, over a very wide range from 80 to 160 RPM. The very gentle starting speed means that even those with great sensitivity or with seriously compromised health conditions can enjoy the benefits.
